This type of the machine added a mechanical wire align structure based on Type A, which can align the wires instead of manual. 1 operator/machine.

For big size condenser, the wire align board is bigger and weight, difficult to align the wires by manual. This align structure will solve this problem.

• Cross wire adjustment on screen, line wire adjustment need move the welding electrode.
• The mesh roll length can be set by the control panel.
• We can easily adjust the welding current when we need to weld different wire diameters.
• The finished product roll mesh is smooth and the error of opposite angle line is small.
• We can set the output and stop the machine automatically after the mesh production finished.
